Without the BPW Group, headquartered in the Bergisches Land area of Germany, hardly anything would be moving throughout global transport logistics. Originating from a forge for cart axles some 120 years ago, the BPW Group is today researching, developing and producing a comprehensive portfolio of products and services for truck transport.
BPW develops running gear systems with axles, brake technology, suspension and bearings, but also fasteners and superstructure technology, lighting systems, plastics technologies, right through to telematics systems. In addition, there is a comprehensive service portfolio and a dense network of private spare parts dealers and shops, so that the trailers are constantly in motion. The owner-managed BPW group can boast over 70 subsidiaries in over 30 countries and employs some 7,000 employees.
