Easy to install
The assembly process is simplified by the engraved assembly information and built-in bolt rotation lock as standard. In particular, the track adjustment has been further simplified thanks to the proven setting mechanism of the BPW air suspension (9 t to 12 t).
Robust
The latest generation of mechanical suspension systems contains connecting rods with optimised rubber-steel bushings with a long service life as well as replaceable, low-wear and durable spring slides.

- For axle loads from 9 t to 12 t (M/ME series) and from 14 t to 20 t (HD/HDE series)
- Deployable with one to three axles (or up to four axles depending on application)
- Available with parabolic springs (up to 12 t) or multi-leaf springs (up to 20 t)
- Static axle load compensation via equalizing beams
- Equalising beams mounted in maintenance-free rubber-steel bushes (9 t to 14 t) or high-quality, durable bronze bushes (9 t to 20 t)
- Low-wear, replaceable spring slides
- Precise axle guidance through horizontally arranged connecting rod
- Easy track adjustment due to adjustment mechanism on the spring bolt (9 t to 12 t) or with one rigid and one adjustable connecting rod per axle (14 t to 20 t)
- Maintenance-free connecting rod mounted in rubber-steel bushes
- Stabilisers available for vehicles with a high centre of gravity
- Multi-axle units can be combined with a BPW self-steering axle LL (up to axle load of 14 t)
