Dear customers and partners of BPW,
in addition to protecting the health of your and our employees, our primary goal is to be a reliable, loyal partner to you even in these difficult times of the Corona pandemic. We are very pleased that we are still able to maintain our supply chains and production and that we can continue to supply you with almost no restrictions. This applies explicitly to our running gears, running gear components and original spare parts as well as to solutions from the BPW Group, such as Ermax lighting systems, HBN composite solutions and idem telematics solutions.
A few weeks ago, we informed you about minimal restrictions on availability and customer visits. The details listed below continue to apply until further notice.
- Orders for axles, modules and components (original equipment) are gladly accepted and processed. Please understand that there may be restrictions in the availability and workflow.
- Chassis and components are delivered as usual, but delays may occur in individual cases.
- Our original spare parts supply is maintained. We apologize for any minimal restrictions in the availability of your usual contact persons. You can reach us during this period Monday to Thursday from 7:45 to 16:00 and Friday from 7:45 to 15:00. - We currently have to do without visits by your BPW; however, we will be happy to assist you by telephone or video conferencing.
