Testing competence – Endurance test for prototypes
We record real loads with measuring wheels on various roads and test tracks around the world and create load spectra for inspecting on the test bench. With the help of defined testing criteria, we check your running gear components, for example, quickly and reliably in terms of their operational strength and durability. To this end, we are equipped with 30 hydraulic pulse test benches, a two-axle wheel test bench (ZWARP) and a 12-channel axle test bench.
Manufacturing competence – Intelligent processes
Take advantage of the expertise of BPW in metal-working, casting, injection-moulded plastics and assembly. As a competent technology partner, we are able to quickly and reliably produce high-quality components in both small and large series. When developing grey cast iron components, we work closely with our subsidiary company M. Busch – a proven international specialist in this field. Our subsidiary HBN Teknik is a leader in plastics technology. We also install individual components such as wheel ends or axles for a system – and we do that in series production.
