Reduce your throughput times and space requirements by taking advantage of the BPW logistics centre with some 7500 spare parts in stock.
Some 7500 different spare parts are stored in the BPW logistics centre. Within Germany, orders (up to max. 120 kg) that we receive between Monday and Thursday by 6 pm and on Friday by 5 pm are delivered to the customer by 8 am the next morning. Urgent night and weekend orders can be arranged for pick-up. Even customers with low inventory can thus respond quickly to their requirements.
From acceptance of orders all the way to delivery, a dedicated contact person is responsible for you as the customer. This person analyses your logistical requirements and finds solutions – all in the context of a trusting partnership. For you, this translates into short decision-making paths along with clearly structured responsibilities.
The transport frame developed by the BPW logistics centre for air suspension modules allow damage-free transport along with time-saving handling in the production facilities of our customers. Our newly developed packaging for overseas deliveries satisfies even the most stringent import regulations (e.g. in Australia and China). The empty containers are reusable and can be returned in a space-saving and economical manner. Alternatively, they can be disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
We work with you to develop logistics concepts that can cut your inventories and response times and save money. Our main focus here is on generating the optimal solution for both parties. In this context, we have already realised logistics approaches based on the “KANBAN” system as well as on “just-in-time” delivery.
