The deliberate choice of the KG company form makes it clear that all of BPW Bergische Achsen KG's actions are fundamentally based on sustainability and the development of partnership-based relationships. BPW is aware of its social responsibility to protect human rights and the environment along the supply chain. Fairness and social responsibility are an essential part of its identity. BPW is aware of its obligations under the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG) and implements these in its business processes.

Complaints about human rights or environmental breaches of duty

BPW's complaints procedure under the LkSG can be used to report possible human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty that are related to BPW, its supply chain or employees. Such risks or breaches of duty may include forced labour, child labour, discrimination or the harmful contamination of soil, water and air.

To ensure a trustworthy and transparent approach, the complaints procedure follows a predefined process that is set out in the rules of procedure.
